11月20日，“一帶一路”智庫學(xué)者考察團(tuán)、國際媒體及智庫人士聯(lián)合考察團(tuán)去到位于安順的壩陵河大橋和貴州省壩陵河橋梁博物館參觀，了解中國及貴州橋梁建設(shè)情況。

On November 20, Belt and Road Think Tank Delegation and the Joint Delegation of International Media and Think Tank Representatives visited the Balinghe Bridge and the Balinghe Bridge Museum in Anshun, Guizhou Province, to learn about China's and Guizhou's accomplishments in bridge construction.

貴州省壩陵河橋梁博物館是一座集科普教育、文化展示、旅游觀光于一體的現(xiàn)代化博物館。博物館以壩陵河大橋為核心，全面展示了中國橋梁建設(shè)的輝煌成就與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新歷程。館內(nèi)分為多個展區(qū)，通過聲光電等高科技手段，生動再現(xiàn)了壩陵河大橋從設(shè)計、施工到通車的全過程，以及中國橋梁建設(shè)史上的重大事件和標(biāo)志性成就。

The Balinhe Bridge Museum is a modern facility combining science education, cultural display, and tourism. Centered around the Balinghe Bridge, the museum comprehensively showcases the remarkable achievements and technological innovations of China's bridge engineering. The museum features multiple exhibition areas that use advanced technologies such as sound, light, and visual effects to vividly recreate the entire process of designing, constructing, and opening the Balinghe Bridge. It also highlights key milestones and iconic achievements in China's bridge-building history.

緊鄰博物館的壩陵河大橋是中國橋梁工程的代表之作，全長2237米，主跨1088米，橋高370余米，2009年建成時是中國第一座跨越千米的大跨度鋼桁加勁梁懸索橋。大橋不僅將峽谷兩岸通車時間由原來的1小時縮短為4分鐘，更作為國內(nèi)少有的可進(jìn)入內(nèi)部觀光旅游的橋梁，為橋旅融合、高橋極限運動發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了機(jī)會，以370米的高度被吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄認(rèn)證為世界最高商業(yè)蹦極。

Adjacent to the museum, the Balinghe Bridge stands as a landmark of Chinese engineering. Spanning 2,237 meters with a main span of 1,088 meters and towering over 370 meters above the river, it was completed in 2009 as China’s first suspension bridge with a main span exceeding 1,000 meters. The bridge has reduced the travel time between the two sides of the canyon from one hour to just four minutes. Additionally, it has become one of the few bridges in the country open for internal tourism, fostering the integration of bridge tourism and extreme sports. With a height of 370 meters, it holds the Guinness World Record for the world's highest commercial bungee jump.

羅馬尼亞前副總理兼外交部長阿德里安·塞維林在參觀后高度評價了中國橋梁建設(shè)的成就。他表示：“橋梁不僅是技術(shù)和工程的杰作，更是連接人類的紐帶。尤其是在像貴州這樣地形復(fù)雜的地區(qū)，橋梁的建造需要極高的技術(shù)水平和工程能力，而中國工程師和工人的表現(xiàn)令人贊嘆?！彼岬?，壩陵河大橋不僅展示了中國的技術(shù)實力，還為當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦纳顜砹吮憷?，通過縮短通行時間，解決了地理阻隔帶來的問題。

Adrian Severin, former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Romania, praised China's bridge-building achievements after the visit. He remarked, "Bridges are not only masterpieces of technology and engineering but also bonds that connect humanity. Particularly in geographically challenging regions like Guizhou, building bridges requires exceptional technical expertise and engineering capability, which Chinese engineers and workers have demonstrated with great distinction." He further noted that the Balinghe Bridge not only showcases China’s technological prowess but also enhances the lives of local residents by reducing travel time and overcoming geographic barriers.

此外，他還強調(diào)橋梁在社會發(fā)展中的重要性：“橋梁不僅連接了地理上的兩端，也促進(jìn)了人際之間的交流和社區(qū)的融合。在‘一帶一路’倡議下，中國用橋梁這種象征性的建筑，展示了對全球互聯(lián)互通的獨特理解，這種理解不僅限于山與山、村與村的連接，更傳達(dá)了人類應(yīng)團(tuán)結(jié)合作、共建未來的美好愿景?！?/p>

Severin also emphasized the social significance of bridges: "Bridges connect not only geographic locations but also foster communication and community integration. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, China uses bridges as symbolic structures to illustrate its unique vision of global connectivity. This vision extends beyond connecting mountains, villages, or cities to encompass a broader aspiration of uniting humanity, fostering cooperation, and building a shared future."
